Releases
Each release page is the developer record for one Kora version. It explains what changed, calls out incompatible changes clearly, and gives upgrade steps when an existing project needs them. Kora is pre-alpha, so read the page for every version you adopt rather than assuming compatibility.
Current release
0.3.1 - 16 September 2026
A packaging fix: kora-helper is published before the crates that depend on
it, so kora-runtime, kora-lsp, and kora-dap reach crates.io again. The
language is unchanged from 0.3.0.
0.3.0 - 16 September 2026
Programs checked before they run, a lexical fence on what reaches a model, a
fan-out that stops at the first answer, budgets that run out of time, and the
yaml, xml, and pdf standard-library modules.
0.2.0 - 30 August 2026
Kora’s agent and workflow patterns, explicit provider failures, guarded matching, and package-aware editor support.
0.1.0 - 29 August 2026
Kora’s secure package system: source-derived dependencies, per-package capability grants, lockfiles and checksums, parallel fetching, auditing, and vendoring.
