Kora 0.3.1

0.3.1 is a packaging fix. The language, runtime, and editor support are
unchanged from 0.3.0.
Changes
kora-helperis published to crates.io before the crates that depend on it.
Why this release exists
kora-helper is a workspace member and a dependency of kora-runtime, but it
was never listed in the crates.io publish step, so it had never been published.
Nothing revealed that until 0.3.0: the crate arrived with the confined
package helpers, after kora-runtime had already published at 0.2.0.
cargo publish -p kora-runtime stops at “no matching package named
kora-helper found” before it uploads anything, and the publish script stops
with it. 0.3.0 therefore reached crates.io as six crates rather than ten.
kora-runtime, kora-lsp, and kora-dap have no 0.3.0 on crates.io.
They resume at 0.3.1. Every other distribution channel published 0.3.0
normally, so this affects only projects that depend on those three crates
directly from crates.io. Depend on 0.3.1 or later.
Breaking changes
None.
Migration from 0.3.0
None needed. If a Cargo.toml pins kora-runtime, kora-lsp, or kora-dap
at 0.3.0, move it to 0.3.1, since that version was never published:
cargo update -p kora-runtime
kora --versionInstalling from Homebrew, the VS Code Marketplace, or a release archive needs nothing beyond the normal upgrade.
Compatibility
Kora remains pre-alpha. There is no stable language or package compatibility promise yet.
